Go to AppData > Roaming > Godot > Desktop Pet and open config.cfg to change your pet and theme.
CONTROLS
Left-click pet to reset to idle state
Right-click + drag to move pet on screen
Ctrl + hover pet (when in focus) to open the to do list, pomodoro timer, options, or quit the app
Left-click + drag Pomodoro or Todo window to position anywhere on your screen

I can not change the duration of the countdown, or the theme color... I also can't drag the pet to custom locations. I did use the config file to try and adjust it, but it doesn't work. I already have the premium version in case that is (supposedly) the issue
The duration is still fixed to 25 minutes work/5 minutes break. You should be able to right-click and drag to move it across the bottom of the screen. And make sure to save the config file and restart the program to actually update the settings.
Regarding the black box issue. I believe this is due to a recent change in Godot. I encountered a similar issue, and switching from Forward+ to Compatibility rendering mode resolved it. However, be aware that Compatibility mode comes with some drawbacks.

black box is not really annoying but it would be nice to get rid of it

feedback wise i think adjustable sizes for the timer and to do list as well as customisable timer !!! also maybe some kind of ticking off to do list tasks? idk
but this is truly an amazing thing that i have bought i am so happy oh my god theres a cat on my screen

Is there an option to make the timer reset to a given time instead of the 25 minutes? I would love to change it to something that is more fitted to my given tasks.

i just bought this and its super cute and everything, but i have a black block around the pet - the transparency doesnt really work sadly :(

Thank you for the update! And that's really odd. What kind of graphics card are you running? Maybe turning off Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling in Windows helps?
I turned it off but the problem persists. :(
I'm using a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti
Edit: made my friend try he has the same windows version but a 2060 Super and it works for him
